Copilot is now a permanent part of small-business Microsoft 365
Since 1 July 2026 Microsoft has sold Copilot bundles for businesses of 1 to 300 users. It drafts emails, summarises meetings you missed, builds first-draft reports and crunches spreadsheets. It is only as safe as the permissions underneath it, and that is where we come in.

Straight answers
Is Copilot really worth paying for?
Copilot Chat is included in your plan at no extra cost, so start there. Full Microsoft 365 Copilot works inside Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel. It usually pays back for roles that spend hours on email, reports and meetings, which is why we licence it by role rather than for everyone.
Did Microsoft prices go up?
Yes. From 1 July 2026 Business Basic rose to £5.40 and Business Standard to £10.80, while Business Premium held at £16.90. Microsoft also charges around 20% more for pure month-to-month terms, so we place you on the annual-commitment price and bill you monthly by direct debit.
Can you move us from Gmail, Google Workspace or old on-premise Exchange?
Yes. We migrate mail, calendars, contacts and files from Gmail, Google Workspace, Hotmail, Outlook.com, on-premise Exchange and most other providers, out of hours if you prefer, with no lost email.
What does the £3.50 management fee cover?
Day-to-day admin so you never have to open the Microsoft admin centre: new starters and leavers, password resets, mailbox rules, licence changes, installation help and a friendly UK support desk.
Do we have to buy licences through you?
No, but it is simpler. Buying through SysFix means one invoice, one support number and a team who knows your tenant. We can also take over management of an existing Microsoft 365 subscription.
