Cyber security that protects your business, managed by people who answer the phone
Protected devices, filtered email, a properly configured firewall and locked-down logins — built around your business, then monitored so you can get on with running it.
Cyber attacks are common — and most are preventable

A secure shared vault for the whole team: strong unique passwords everywhere, safe sharing, and instant access removal when someone leaves.
Fix passwords for good →Penetration testing
We safely attack your own systems the way a criminal would — internet-facing services, firewalls, Wi-Fi and websites — then give you evidence and fixes.
Test our defences →Windows Server password audits
An authorised, read-only audit of your Active Directory accounts that finds weak, reused, breached and never-expiring passwords before an attacker does.
Audit our server →One lock isn’t security. Five layers are.
Attackers only need one gap. So we protect every route in — and make sure a failure in one layer is caught by the next.

Stop the email that would have cost you £10,000
Phishing is the most common way into UK businesses, and impersonation attacks hit small firms hardest. One convincing “please pay this invoice” email is all it takes.
Advanced anti-phishing, anti-spam and malicious-link scanning for Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up properly, so criminals can’t send email pretending to be you.
Bite-size awareness training and simulated phishing campaigns, with results reported back to you.
Not sure about an email? Forward it to us. We’ll check it and clean up if anyone clicked.
Secure firewalls: WatchGuard, UniFi & DrayTek
The firewall is the front door to your network. We recommend the right one for your size and budget, install it, configure it and keep it updated — never a box left on default settings.
WatchGuard Firebox
Business-grade unified threat management with intrusion prevention, gateway antivirus, URL and DNS filtering, sandboxing and cloud reporting. Our pick when security and compliance matter most.
- Total Security Suite options
- Secure remote-access VPN
- Cloud-based logs & reports
Ubiquiti UniFi
Firewall, switching and Wi-Fi managed from one clean dashboard. Ideal for offices, shops and clinics that want fast, reliable wireless with network segmentation and guest isolation.
- Single pane of glass
- Guest & staff Wi-Fi separation
- Intrusion detection built in
DrayTek routers & firewalls
Proven UK business routers with resilient dual-WAN failover, site-to-site VPNs and flexible firewalling. As an authorised DrayTek dealer we supply, configure and support the full Vigor range.
- Broadband & 4G/5G failover
- Site-to-site & remote VPN
- Great value for small offices
Managed firewall care
Supply and install, then keep it healthy: firmware and licence renewals, rule reviews, VPN user changes, configuration backups and alerting — so your firewall doesn’t quietly go out of date.
A stolen password shouldn’t be enough
Multi-factor authentication is one of the cheapest, most effective protections you can buy. We make it painless.
- Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace — enforced for every user, with number-matching authenticator apps rather than weak SMS codes.
- VPN & remote access — MFA on firewall VPNs, remote desktop and admin portals.
- Business apps — accounting, CRM, hosting panels and your website admin login.
- Password managers — set up, shared vaults and a short team walkthrough so people actually use it.
Get Cyber Essentials-ready without the headache
Cyber Essentials is the UK Government-backed scheme that more and more customers, tenders and insurers ask for. We audit your setup against the five technical controls, fix what’s failing, and prepare everything you need to complete the assessment.
Firewalls
Secure boundary & settings
Secure configuration
No defaults, no junk software
Access control
Least privilege & MFA
Malware protection
Managed, up-to-date AV
Patching
Updates applied on time
Gap audit
We check every device, account and the firewall against the controls and give you a clear pass/fail list.
Fix & harden
We remediate the gaps — patching, configuration, MFA, protection — or tell you exactly what to change.
Ready to certify
We help you complete the self-assessment questionnaire accurately, ready to submit to a Certification Body.
SysFix provides readiness help and remediation. The certificate itself is issued by an IASME-licensed Certification Body, whose fee is separate.
Leaked logins, weak passwords and open doors — found and fixed
Most breaches start with a credential that was already out there. We hunt for exposed accounts, audit how strong your passwords really are, and test your defences the way an attacker would.
Dark web monitoring
Continuous monitoring of breach data and dark web sources for your domains and staff email addresses. When something turns up we tell you which account, what was exposed, and walk you through the reset — with a monthly summary report.
Start monitoring →Password management
We choose, deploy and configure a business password manager: shared team vaults, strong generated passwords, 2FA on the vault itself, and a short training session so people really use it. Leavers lose access in seconds.
Set up a password manager →Penetration testing
A scoped, agreed-in-writing test of your external attack surface: firewalls and VPNs, exposed services, Wi-Fi, web logins and email configuration. You get a clear report with evidence, risk ratings and fix steps — and a free re-test of the fixes.
Scope a test →Microsoft Server weak password audit
With your written permission we run a read-only Active Directory password audit: accounts with weak or blank passwords, passwords found in known breaches, reused passwords, admin accounts and passwords that never expire. Results are shared securely and findings are never kept.
Audit our passwords →All testing and audits are carried out only on systems you own and have authorised in writing.

Cyber security questions answered
We already have antivirus. Is that enough?
Rarely. Most attacks now arrive by email or stolen passwords, which antivirus doesn’t stop. Protected devices matter, but you also need email filtering, MFA, a patched firewall and trained staff. Unmanaged antivirus is also often expired or ignored — ours is monitored.
What is EDR and do I need it?
EDR (endpoint detection and response) watches what software is actually doing on a device, so suspicious behaviour can be investigated and contained even when no known malware is present. In ESET’s range it comes with ESET PROTECT Elite. It’s a good fit for businesses handling sensitive data or facing stricter customer or insurer requirements; many small businesses are well protected on Advanced.
Which firewall should I choose?
WatchGuard when security and reporting come first, UniFi when you want firewall, switching and Wi-Fi managed together, and DrayTek for dependable, good-value routing with failover. We’ll recommend one after a quick look at your site.
Can you certify us for Cyber Essentials?
We prepare you for it. We audit your systems against the five controls, fix the gaps and help you complete the questionnaire. The certificate itself is issued by an IASME-licensed Certification Body, which charges its own fee.
Will 2FA slow my staff down?
Hardly at all. Modern authenticator apps take a couple of seconds, and we can reduce prompts on trusted devices while still blocking sign-ins from unfamiliar places.
What does dark web monitoring actually do?
It checks breach databases and dark web sources for your company email addresses and domains. If a staff member’s login is found, we alert you, confirm what was exposed and make sure the password is changed and MFA is on — before anyone tries to use it.
Is the Windows Server password audit safe?
Yes. It’s read-only, done only with your written permission, and we don’t keep the results. It tells you which accounts are weak, reused or found in known breaches so you can fix them — no passwords are shown in the report.
Is your penetration testing CREST-accredited?
No. Our tests are scoped, ethical and documented, and are ideal for small businesses wanting to find and fix real weaknesses. If a contract or regulator specifically requires a CREST-accredited test, we’ll tell you honestly and can help you prepare for one.
Do you work outside London?
Yes. Most of this service is delivered remotely, so location rarely matters. Firewall and network installs are done on site across London and the South East.
What happens if we’ve already been hit?
Call us on 020 3095 7740. We’ll help contain the incident, clean up, reset credentials and close the gap that let it in.
Find out where you’re exposed — before someone else does
Tell us about your business and we’ll come back with a plain-English view of your risks and a fixed-price plan to close them.
