If an IT Support Contract isn't for you, you can purchase support time for your business from our online store by credit or debit card, PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer.
You receive the same level of support as a contract customer, however the rates will be higher over a longer period of time than that of a contract. Some people like to refer to this as a retainer.
Pay As You Go IT Support can be purchased in blocks of 5 hours or more with an initial £75 setup fee. When your account is running low, you can simply top up. Any unused support time is left as a credit on your account.
Our comparison is based on 5 machines at a single location with 3x1 Hour call-outs per year and 20x remote support sessions either by telephone, E-Mail or Remote Control.
Contract: £900 Per Year (+ 3 Callouts at £75) = £1125 Annually
Ad-Hoc: £1725 Annually (23 Incidents)
