Once you've purchased the health check, you'll be sent an email with a connection link. Run the software on your computer so our engineers can see your screen and we'll do the rest. There are no tools built into Microsoft Windows that will perform preventative maintenance on your computer or laptop. Like a car has an annual service, your computers should too to ensure they run smoothly and to identify any faults.

A health check costs £85.00. It isn't a free service as it takes an employee of our IT company around 1 hour to work on your device and create a report, longer if it's an older PC.

To use our service, your computer must be fast enough to allow us to perform the work. If you're struggling to open a web browser or your computer is unresponsive, this isn't going to work for you. Your computer must be connected to the internet. Whilst you're able to select an appointment date and time, these are approximate as other appointments may overrun.
