Our Terms & Conditions are very simple, and very clear. We don't need to complicate things with legal jargon. Just 5 points to take note of.
- Points have no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn for cash. Points can however be used as Full or Part Payment for SysFix Online services.
- Customers may only have one account. Multiple accounts will be deleted and you will forfeit all points from all accounts.
- Points are not transferrable to other members.
- Purchases made with PiggyPoints have a lower SLA than contract or paying customers and will be honoured in strict rotation.
- Customers with inactive accounts over 6 months will forfeit their points if they do not log in to the site within a 6 month period.
