What Does It Cost?
We make sure there are no suprises when using our service and always let you know the cost of the service beforehand. On-Site support in your own home or business starts from as little as £75.00 and we don't charge a call-out fee in most cases. Most issues are resolved within the hour and usually no more than 2 hours. Price is dependant on the time of day, urgency and type of support request. Fixed Price Jobs
We know that some jobs take a set amount of time to complete so we are able to provide you with fixed prices, even if the job takes slightly longer. The price quoted is the price you pay. These include Windows Installation, Data Backup, Recovery, Broadband Installation and Virus Removal.
Online PC Support
Could The Issue Be Fixed Remotely?
Sometimes, small problems can be fixed remotely with the added benefit of a much faster service and reduced pricing. If the machine in question can access the Internet, then remote support and online pc support is a viable option. Both Windows based PCs and Apple Macs are supported.
