By placing a booking, this represents a legally binding agreement between You "The Customer" and us, the "Service Provider".

Missed appointments are chargable and will be invoiced for the first hour of labour.

Cancellations are accepted by giving 24 Hours notice by entering your cancellation code above.

Appointments will be confirmed and scheduled in writing and by telephone. Whilst we make every effort to arrange an appointment around your chosen date and time, this is not always possible but we will do our best!
