Our remote control software uses the latest encryption technology, ensuring the connection between you and us is as secure as possible. Just like a wireless broadband signal is encrypted, the link between you and us is secure.

 

Worried about Privacy?
Relax. We are unable to connect to your computer. EVER.
The software used to establish a connection is done in reverse. You connect to Us. We cannot connect to you! You will be required to establish the connection from your PC using our Online Support tool. Once a connection is established, an engineer can perform the task as requested.

Demand for our services is high as this is both a convenient and cost effective way to receive IT Support. Rest assured, we have no interest in looking through customers computer systems. We respect the privacy of individuals and only carry out the task as requested by the customer. When the task is complete, we end the session.
