In the unlikely event of us not being able to resolve your problem, there will be no labour charge for the portion of that repair. A call-out fee is payable should we not be able to resolve your problem, (on site only). Customers using our Online support service will be given a refund should we be unable to resolve the issue.
There are however some instances when the "No Fix, No Fee" policy does not apply:
1. When a machine does not start due to a hardware failure or when new parts are required.
2. When your time restraints do not permit us to carry out the repair.
3. When you do not provide us with your recovery disks or original software when asked.
The No Fix , No Fee policy applies only when an engineer does not have the technical know-How to resolve the problem.
