24 hours notice must be given for appointment cancellations. Sysfix Group reserves the right to charge a fee for cancelled appointments outside of the 24 hours notice period. This fee is currently £75.00 + VAT. A bill will automatically be sent for cancelled & missed appointments.

On-Site Support where an engineer is called to attend in your home or business is subject to a minimum fee whether the problem is rectified or not. This covers the engineers time, travel and other costs.

A limited 7 day Guarantee apply to parts provided for laptop screens. These include tubes, screens, invertors and buttons/switches.

Remote support is charged by the hour for the first hour and each subsequent half hour. Engineers commit to your issue and will not deal with any other issue during your support session.

Interest will be charged on overdue invoices if not paid within 7 days from the date shown on your invoice.

In the event of a client's request to cancel a prepaid service, no refund will be given. This applies to IT Support Contracts, Website and EMail Hosting, Emergency Support and any subscription based servivce paid monthly or annually.

A 2.5% charge is applied to all credit and debit card payments. We no longer accept Cheques.
