Pay As You Go (Ad-Hoc IT Support)

We understand that every business model is different, therefore we offer the option to Pay As You Go. (PAYG)
If an IT Support Contract isn't for you, you can purchase support time for your business from our online store by credit or debit card, PayPal or Direct Bank Transfer. Simply add this product to your shopping cart.
You receive the same level of support as a contract customer, however the rates will be higher over a longer period of time than that of a contract. 

Ad-Hoc support can be purchased in blocks of 5 hours or more. When your account is running low, you can simply top up. Any unused support time is left as a credit on your account.

* Comparison based on 5 machines at a single location with 3x1 Hour call-outs per year and 20x remote support sessions * A remote session is defined as either E-Mail Support, Telephone Support or a Remote Control Session. 

Contract: £900 Per Year (+ 3 Callouts at £75) =  £1125 Annually

Ad-Hoc: £1725 Annually
